You have up to 14 days right of return on receiving your new Nitro Express product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email Nitro Express within 14 days to advise you are returning your purchase. Returns are at the customer's expense. All goods must be returned undamaged, unmarked, in as-new condition.
Nitro Express will refund your purchase after the goods have arrived in the condition detailed above.
Cancellation policy
Should we fail to dispatch your purchase within seven days of your paid-for order, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. In the unlikely event of any unforeseen delay with postage, transport or supply, we will contact you by email. |
